Swami Sivananda Yogasana Research Centre was founded by Guruji Yogiraj N.
Ramalingam in 1985. It is the oldest and most reputed therapeutic centre. Further more it is the most professional and service minded yoga education organization. The headquarters of this research centre is located in Madurai, a beautiful temple city in Tamil Nadu, South India.

The Swami Sivananda Yogasana Research Centre has arranged numerous free yoga Camps for the poor and for those in remote villages .The government of Tamil Nadu has recognized this research centre for the invaluable work conducted in the quest for Uplifting humanity. Numerous international organizations have honoured the research Centre for the wonderful work undertaken.

The founder of the Swami Sivananda Yogasana Research Centre, Yogiramalingam, Planned to build a centre to be known as the TEMPLE FOR YOGA. It is intended to be the first of its kind. It will be built especially for yoga with 108 Statues around it.
